2017 Satisfaction Survey

Thank you to everyone who filled in and returned one of our Annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys for 2017.

We value your feedback on the services we provide - it helps us to know what we are doing well and what needs to be changed or improved in future.

The Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey was sent out in the Summer.   

Everyone who returned their survey was entered into a prize draw with the winner having the choice between £200 in

shopping vouchers or £200 towards their rent! The lucky winner was Ms Parkin from Holmewood.

 “The Annual Satisfaction Survey was ever so easy to fill in and I was so surprised to win – I don’t normally win anything!”, said Susan.

“ I’ve always had excellent service from Rykneld Homes, as did my mother who had the property before me.  Around five years ago the property received a new kitchen, new radiators, a new combi boiler and a new fire so we don’t have to use coal anymore.”

We are currently analysing your feedback to see where improvements and changes can be made.
