Hello, I'm Heather Summers, the Service Manager for the Community Involvement Team. I ensure that all teams here at Rykneld Homes involve tenants in service improvements, encourage community based initiatives throughout North East Derbyshire and work hard to promote tenant, leaseholder and community involvement throughout the organisation. I also manage the complaints and compliments service, helping to ensure we learn from all the feedback we receive.

I previously worked as a Neighbourhood Champion but enjoy the challenges the role of Older Persons Involvement Champion brings. I am here to ensure older people have the opportunity to have their voice heard and help us to improve our services. I look forward to working with you all.
