Rykneld Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) responsible for the management, maintenance and improvement of around 8,300 properties on behalf of North East Derbyshire District Council and the neighbourhoods in which they are located.
Set up in April 2007 as a non-profit making company, Rykneld Homes does not pay dividends to shareholders.
Rykneld Homes is managed by a Board of Directors, made up of five tenants, five councillors and five independent members who bring a wide range of skills and experience to the organisation. The Board are supported by a Senior Management Team who are paid professionals who develop and implement policies and procedures, manage staff and deliver the services we promise.
