Improved Quality of Life

One of our Housing & Support Officers received a thank you card from a customer who said, "Thank you so much, you're amazing and have made our quality of life so much better. Thank you for all your help and support."

Repaired within the hour

Our electrician was thanked by one of our customers in Tupton, "Absolutely brilliant, the engineer came within the hour to the repair and once finished he explained everything to us that we needed to know. He was polite and honest, what more could we ask for."

Taking Pride in our Work

A customer's daughter in Eckington thanked one of our Operatives, "I would like to extend my praise for the operative who recently carried out an adaptation at my mums property. He was exceptional, sympathetically working around the needs of the tenant. The areas you work in are particularly hazardous, mainly due to the nature of the works and individuals they are for. Your operative ensured his work area was clean and tidy at all times, leaving areas free from trip hazards. It was great to see someone taking such pride in their work.

Nothing is too much trouble

A customer in North Wingfield thanked one of our Customer Services Assistants, "Once again I must commend your employee for the tremendous work with myself and the community with our needs to your services. A special woman with working commitment for us all. There must be some accolade or reward the good lady should receive of recognition for the hard work and help given, nothing is too much for her and her colleagues to do. She is an asset to Rykneld Homes and hope she has many more years giving her service to the community."

Efficient Repair

A customer in Danesmoor thanked one of our plumbers, saying "Spot on time, usual efficient repair. Completely satisfied both with the ease of repairing the issue and also how easy it was to report the fault and arrange a suitable time to come and fix it."

Professional, Efficient, and Effective Service

A customer wrote to us to thank the work of one of our Allocations Officers, "Your allocations officer has been an immense help during the assessment of my parent's application for housing. She has consistently provided a professional, efficient and most definitely effective service, accompanied with empathy and understanding. She has a wonderful approach and has excellent communication skills... and is a credit to the organisation and the company as a whole. I hope they receive the recognition that they deserves."
