The out of hours service for homeless households in Derbyshire, formerly the Emergency Duty Team is now known as Call Derbyshire.  You can contact this team in the following ways:

Calls are rerouted from this call centre to one of the following teams depending on the information given to the advisor:

• Children's Rapid Response Team (provide assistance to homeless single persons and those fleeing violence)
• Older Persons Rapid Response Team
• Mental Health Team
