Rykneld Homes would like to apologise to the Federation of North East Derbyshire Tenants & Residents and all tenants for the fact that many did not receive the invitation to the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) Consultation Event organised by the Federation in time to respond and be able to take part.
It was agreed that invitations to this event would be sent to all NEDDC tenants by Rykneld Homes together with other Rykneld documentation (Tenant Board Member ballot papers).
The Federation was able to attract independent, outside funding to hold a Consultation Event on the proposed TSA Standards. The event took place on 20 January 2010 at the Winding Wheel in Chesterfield.
To enable those tenants who would be interested in giving their opinions on the TSA standards, the Federation will hold a series of consultation events to consider specific local standards for the housing service provided to North East Derbyshire District Council tenants.
