We are very proud to have been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Award – a nationally recognised standard for customer care.
The award was made following a rigorous assessment by the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) organisation which examined Rykneld Homes and carried out interviews with staff, customers and partner organisations.
This is a fantastic achievement for all of Rykneld, and is recognition of our ambition to make people a priority.
The assessor commented, "There is a clear culture within Rykneld Homes of delivering customer focused services with an emphasis on people and delivering positive outcomes for them."
In making the award the assessors said they were impressed with the customer focused culture of Rykneld Homes across all levels of the organisation, the quality of customer care training offered to staff, the high levels of customer satisfaction and the commitment to consulting customers about what you think of our Customer Services.
