To help our customers access the information they need during the current service changes resulting from the Coronavirus outbreak we have included here some of the main questions we have been asked and our response.
- Mortgage payers can apply for a 3-month payment holiday, is this in place for Rent payers?
We will consider individual circumstances and provide help and support. Please be reassured you will not be at risk of losing your home.
- When will I receive my rent statement?
Rent Statements will not be sent out due to potential cross-contamination. This is to protect our customers and staff. In the meantime, you can access your rent account details by registering on our online customer portal. In order to do this, you will need your rent reference number.
- When will I receive my paper rent card?
Paper Rent Cards will not be sent out due to potential cross-contamination. This is to protect our customers and staff.
- I pay cash at an Area Office, these are closed and I don`t have a bank account/card. How do I pay?
You will be able to catch up in a lump sum payment when the offices are back open. Please be reassured you will not be at risk of losing your home in the meantime.
- How do I pay my rent if I'm self-isolating?
Other payment channels are available – internet, setting up a direct debit over the phone, setting up a direct debit by registering on our online customer portal, setting up a standing order with your bank.
