As part of our monthly sessions at the Marx Court flats in Clay Cross we recently delivered a crafting session with the residents there.
We invited all the residents to join us in the communal area at Marx Court to craft tissue paper creations with us – we saw some very creative flower designs!
Each of our monthly sessions has a different theme so that we are able to cater to as many people’s different abilities as possible.
Upcoming sessions include meeting their Housing and Support Team, where the residents will be able to talk to the team or present new ideas. A Kurling and Quiz day where we play the fun game of indoor kurling as well as a session of Coffee, Cake and Computers where we offer the opportunity for the residents to bring their electronic devices and get support in a group setting, whilst enjoying some light refreshments.
We will then gather feedback and ideas from the residents on what they would like to see in our future sessions.
