Generous Donation

Clay Cross Mental Health Carers Support Group thanked the work of our Community Involvement Officers and our Neighbourhood Improvement Budget assessment panel, "Please pass on our sincere thanks for the very generous donation that has been awarded to us. It was much more than we ever expected and will go a long way in making sure our group can continue for the near future."

Beautiful New Home

A customer in North Wingfield thanked Rykneld Homes, "Just want to say thank you to everyone at Rykneld Homes and North East Derbyshire District Council for accepting me into my new, beautiful home, thank you from the bottom of my heart."

Love the Result

An electrician was praised for his work in Unstone, with the customer writing "I would like to say thank you for my new shower. The young man really worked hard and I'm happy with the result - he cleaned up all the mess for me and as I'm over 100 years old that was really appreciated. He made it very clear how to use it and I love the result."

Professional and Efficient

An Allocations Officer received the praise of a customer after helping their parents apply for housing, “Your Allocations Officer has been an immense help during the assessment of my parent's application for housing. They have consistently provided a professional, efficient and most definitely effective service, accompanied with empathy and understanding. Your staff member has a wonderful approach and has excellent communication skills... they are a credit to the company."

Happy in our Home

One of our Customer Finance Officer’s helped a customer in North Wingfield who was so impressed with the work they wrote a thank you card which read, "Thanks for all your patience during a bad period, all is well now and we are very happy in our home, kind regards."

Completely Satisfied

A customer in Danesmoor was pleased with the work of one of our operatives, saying "Spot on time, usual efficient repair. Completely satisfied both with how easy it was to report the fault and arrange a suitable time, as well as the ease of repairing my leaking tap.

Nothing is too much trouble

A member of our Customer Services Team in the Area Housing Offices received a letter of praise from a customer in North Wingfield who wrote “Once again I must commend your employee for the tremendous work with myself and the community. She is a special woman. Nothing is too much for her and her colleagues to do. She is an asset to Rykneld Homes.”

Immense Care and Support

One of our Housing and Support Managers was commended for their work in Dronfield Woodhouse, “We are absolutely blown away by the immense care, help, support and patience that has been demonstrated during the signing of the house. Your colleague was and continues to be extremely approachable, warm and friendly, whilst remaining professional. We are extremely fortunate to have had this person to manage the signing of the contracts and handing over of the keys to the property. They are a credit to your organisation.”
