Improving the energy efficiency of our homes is a key priority for us. We have been able to carry out a number of projects throughout the district to improve the energy efficient to over a thousand homes.
We have previously been named winners in the Building Communities Awards in the Sustainability and Renewable Technology category - for our External Wall Insulation programmes to improve the energy efficiency of non-traditional homes.
We have also been shortlisted in the past for Most Innovative Regeneration Project in the Housing Innovation Awards.

Working in Partnership
We are continuing to work in partnership with North East Derbyshire District Council and other stakeholder organisations to look at future projects.
