Our Performance

We are focused on improving the services we offer.

We monitor our performance throughout the year against a set of key performance indicators and Service Standards. 

We report our performance on a monthly basis and publish this on this website and in our quarterly 'Your Rykneld' newsletter.  If you would like more information about our performance, please get in touch.

Comprehensive Performance Report

We also produce a quarterly Comprehensive Performance Report which includes performance reports on all areas of our business including:

  • All performance indicators in the Balanced Scorecard
  • Case Studies
  • Service Standards
  • Contractor Performance
  • Benchmarking Report.

 

Case Studies

Within the Comprehensive Performance Report, you will find some Case Studies.  We use the Case Studies to showcase areas of the business that have made a real difference.  In this section, we have included examples of these Case Studies to give you a taste of the work we have been doing.

We have also developed a new section called 'What we've been up to' where you can find information on some of the excellent work we have been doing in all areas of the organisation. 

Whether its our Property Services teams making improvements and repairs to your homes or our Housing and Support staff working with you to keep our estates safe and pleasant places to live, customer care and service is at the heart of everything we do.
