We were set up in April 2007 as a non-profit making company – we do not pay any dividends to shareholders.
We are managed by a Board of Directors, made up of three Council-appointed members and three professional independent members. The Board is supported by the Senior Management Team who are paid professionals. They develop and implement policies and procedures, manage staff and deliver the services we promise.
