If you accept any non-essential repairs or improvement works whilst your Right to Buy application is valid, you will be liable for the costs of the work. 

You should take into account the cost of repairs and maintenance when considering Right to Buy.  Visit our Financial Considerations page for more information.

If you decide to withdraw your Right to Buy application, you can report all repairs again as normal.
