£10,300 per annum, plus reasonable expenses paid
12 meetings per year, plus occasional events

Rykneld Homes is seeking an exceptional Chair of the Board to help shape the future of our organisation and strengthen our impact across North East Derbyshire.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a housing provider with a clear social purpose - working alongside a committed Board, an experienced Executive Team and our Local Authority partners to ensure we meet our legislative and regulatory responsibilities and deliver the best possible outcomes for our tenants and communities.

As Chair, you will bring:

• Strong integrity and sound judgement

The ability to offer constructive challenge and supportive leadership
You will guide us as we deliver on our ambitions as a growing Registered Provider, champion innovation, transformation and digitisation, and continue our work as a trusted housing partner to North East Derbyshire District Council.
