The money we spend comes directly from tenants and residents through rents and Government grants. We do everything we can to ensure that each pound goes as far as possible to provide the services that tenants need.

We receive a management fee from North East Derbyshire District Council.

In addition to the Management Fee, we also have a budget to deliver real improvements to the homes we manage. 

Each year we publish a budget that does not exceed the Management Fee allocated to us by North East Derbyshire District Council. Our budget is reviewed by the Board of Directors, Tenant Groups and our external Auditors.
