Wayne Hodgkiss has announced he is stepping down from his role as Board Chair.
Wayne has served six years on the board, three of those as the chair. He will remain in post until his successor is appointed.
Wayne said: “I’m very proud of everything that has been achieved by Rykneld Homes and the support provided by the board over recent years.
“There is a consistent focus throughout the organisation to provide high-quality, safe homes to customers, something that was clear as the team worked towards its recent C1 grade.
“It’s been a privilege to play a part in Rykneld’s success and I look forward to seeing them continue improving homes and communities in North East Derbyshire.
"I'm looking forward to retirement, spending time with my family and pursuing my various hobbies."
Managing Director, Niall Clark said: "We're incredibly grateful to Wayne for his support as Chair and board member.
"Wayne and the board's support has been integral to the success of Rykneld Homes.
"We're sad to see Wayne go and will miss his guidance and experience but wish him a happy retirement."
