Have your say on stop-smoking support in Derbyshire and Derby City

Healthwatch Derbyshire wants to hear from people who smoke, about their experiences of smoking and quitting.

The short survey asks why people smoke, what might help them to stop, and how aware they are of stop-smoking support services across Derbyshire.

Feedback on the survey will help shape future stop-smoking support to better meet the needs of local people.

Everyone who takes part can also choose to enter a £50 shopping voucher prize draw!
