North East Derbyshire District Council is keen to hear your thoughts on the following topics: key services and initiatives following their Citizens’ Survey last July.
Your feedback is essential in shaping how they operate, especially in areas such as:
- Domestic Waste Collection – How well does our current service meet your needs, and where can we improve?
- Equality & Fairness – Are you being treated fairly?
- Use of AI – What are your thoughts on AI in public services, and how do you think it will affect you?
- Digital Strategy - What are your views on our new strategy. Have we missed anything?
- Internet Use & Access – Help us shape future service delivery by sharing how you use the internet.

The survey is open to all North East Derbyshire residents' aged 16 and above and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete,
