Rykneld Homes is run by a Board of Directors made up of:
- Four Council-appointed members
- Three Professional Independent members.
Board Directors are registered as Company Directors with Companies House. Following an external review of our governance arrangements at Rykneld Homes which included comparisons with other housing organisations the role of Board Member at Rykneld Homes is now a paid position.
Customer Board
We also have a Customer Board which is made up of both Rykneld customers and members of the local community.
The Customer Board is responsible for looking at the performance and policies of Rykneld Homes. Their findings are reported to the main Board and are an important part of helping us to maintain high standards.
