It is always good to hear your feedback which helps us to know when we are getting things right – and sometimes when we get them wrong! Your comments help us to improve our services. We have included here some of the recent compliments sent in by our customers which are fantastic given the difficult year we have all faced.
Proud to be a Rykneld tenant
A very happy customer sent us an email about the great work and attitude of staff in our Property Services section: “I felt I must contact you to say how very impressed I am with the hard work, conduct and dedication of your plumber and how professional and thorough his workmanship is.
“I can clearly see how much pride he takes in his work. He is in my opinion a flagship for Rykneld Homes. I am very impressed.
“I too must also mention a supervisor from Rykneld. He came out the very afternoon the wet room was reported ….and wasted no time at all and the plumber started work the following week. I feel very proud to be a Rykneld tenant especially when you have such dedicated staff.
“My eldest son is autistic, and the plumber showed total respect and consideration to my son and myself whilst he was in our home.”
Wonderful and kind
We received praise from a customer for the service they received after discovering a leak in their home. “The lady who answered my call was wonderful and so kind, and after obtaining details she said that somebody would be with us later that day. Before lunchtime one of your workers arrived, diagnosed the fault and repaired it, all before 12.30.
“I would just like to thank your staff for their exemplary service and for being so kind and helpful (as always!) It is an absolute delight to interact with your staff, each time they make you feel like you are the only person that matters Please could you pass on my thanks to those concerned.”
Took me seriously
The work of our Community Sustainment Team received praise from a customer experiencing problems with a neighbour. “I have recently been in contact with a member of our Community Sustainment Team regarding our neighbours.
“I felt like he listened to me and took it seriously. He came up with a plan of action and he stuck to it. He said he would call back again and check the progress and he did.
“My only wish is that I contacted him sooner as things have improved 99%. I do not know what he did, but it worked and we really appreciate it.”
“Many thanks for the two workmen who called to repair the brickwork and install new line posts. Brilliant work and no mess left behind. Please pass on my grateful thanks.”
A customer in Danesmoor had this to say about the operatives that called at their home. “The electricians have both done a fantastic job of installing new fans for us. Such clean, tidy, polite, and chatty workmen. It was great to have the work done by two great guys. Please pass on this compliment to their boss, and to them. Thank you.”
There was a big thank you from a family in Dronfield. “Just wanted to give a huge thank you to your member of staff for being so fantastic when dealing with the issues we had at the property. Both myself and my daughter suffer with mental health issues so having someone attend the property can prove to be quite a difficult and stressful time, but he was very respectful, polite, and kept us well informed. Can't fault him at all, thanks again.”
