When we let our properties, we follow a strict lettable standard where we paint all walls in magnolia paint. Some customers still choose to redecorate their home themselves at their own expense.

To provide our customers with another option, we are working with Brewers Decorator Centres to offer Decorators Packs to all new tenants. Of course, you can still opt for us to paint the walls magnolia but this means we will provide you with the paint and accessories you need to decorate your home in colours that you choose.

Brewers use Albany Trade Paint so you will receive the same quality products the professionals use.

The Decorators Packs are also available following repairs work to your home.
