We are looking to recruit new members to 'Your Scrutiny Team' and would like to hear from anyone interested in joining. There is an application form available to download at the bottom of this page under 'Related Documents'.
We provide full training - all you need to bring along is enthusiasm and a commitment to help us improve our services for tenants. The meetings are usually held at our Mill Lane offices, we provide refreshments and pay for transport costs (taxi or mileage).
In the past year...
During the past year 'Your Scrutiny Team' delivered three reports to the Board, all of which have produced recommendations that have improved our services:
- Lettable Standard
- Contact Centre satisfaction
- Rykneld Homes website review.
In 2024/25, 'Your Scrutiny Team' will be looking at:
- Health and Safety in our properties
- Estate Standards
- Repair bookings.
