We want our customers and their families to live in a safe environment and by allowing us into your home to service your appliances you help to ensure the safety of you and your family.
The annual service is also a legal requirement and failure to allow us access to your home to carry out the service is a breach of your Tenancy Agreement.
We will inform you of when we intend to visit your home by letter. If the appointment is not convenient for you, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting us on 01246 217670 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may be able to offer appointments outside of our core working hours, such as Saturday visits or appointments up to 5pm, depending on availability.
If you smell gas:
- Turn off the gas supply at the meter
- Open doors and windows
- Call the National Grid’s Emergency Service on 0800 111 999
- Use naked flames
- Turn electric switches on or off
